KOHL RABI - PURPLE VIENNA Introduced prior to 1860. This is a purple skinned variety with greenish-white flesh.Very flavourful. A frost will enhance the flavour.The stems taste like mild radish. Harvest when bulb is 6 or 7cm. Sow seeds direct in early spring 1cm deep and 2cm apart. Thin to 12cm. Germinates in 10 days. 60 days to maturity. SEED COUNT: Approx. 50 |
