BORAGE Borage Officinalis - Borage is an easy to grow herb. Both leaves and the beautiful blue flowers are edible and can be used in salads or as garnishes. In traditional medicine it was used to treat gastrointestinal and cardiovascular issues. It is a magnet for native pollinators. A good self seeder.
