Shipping Costs & Postage Info

POSTAGE INFO
We use Canada Post. Orders of $25 (before tax) will be mailed first class mail. Orders over that amount will be mailed by expedited parcel post and will be trackable.

Orders to the USA are shipped expedited parcel and are trackable.

For shipping outside of Canada/USA, please contact us for rates and information

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?
Upon receipt of your order we can usually have it filled and mailed within 4-5 business days. Orders received at high-volume times could take longer. If you are in a rush, please indicate it on your order.

RETURNS
Any returns must be authorized by Florabunda Seeds and must be returned prepaid. A refund will be issued upon receipt of seeds in unopened, undamaged packets.

FOREIGN ORDERS
Some foreign orders may require a physosanitary certificate. A surcharge is made to orders requiring this certificate.

SUBSTITUTIONS
We keep ample quantities of seed on hand. In the event that we run out of a variety, we will either substitute with what you indicate on the order form or give credit.
