CAULIFLOWER - SNOWBALL EARLY This variety was introduced in 1888 and has been the standard early cauliflower for years. The plants are dwarf with solid round pure white 15cm heads. Sow indoors 6weeks before last frost. Cover seed lightly. Germinate @ 20C. Space plants 40cm apart. To keep heads white, tie leaves over heads when they are 8cm. Matures 64 days after setting out.
