NASTURTIUM Alaska tropaeolum nanum Nasturtiums have been cultivated for over 300 years. They are excellent for container and basket culture. An heirloom variety, “Alaska” has light green leaves with streaks of cream. The flowers are single in cream, mahogany, yellow and orange. The leaves and flowers are edible. Type: Annual Light: sun to part shade Soil: average to poor Spacing: 15cm Height: 30cm Season: summer to fall Propagation: Direct seed after frost danger.
