PAK CHOI

PAK CHOI brassica rapa Pak Choi has a flavour between mild cabbage to spinach. Both the stalks and leaves are crisp and good. Young leaves can be eaten raw in salads or stir fries. Semi-mature or fully grown are great in oriental dishes. Direct seed from April to July in fertile soil. Sow every 2 weeks to keep harvesting. Sow seeds thinly 2cm deep and 30cm apart. Thin seedlings to prevent overcrowding. Light: full sun in cool regions part shade in warm regions Harvest: Baby leaves in 30 – 40 days Semi-mature to full size 45 – 75 days SEED COUNT: Approx. 200
