ZUCCHINI - BLACK BEAUTY ZUCCHINI Black Beauty This heirloom variety is dark green with white flesh. A prolific variety that matures early and will continue to produce if picked regularly. Best is picked small 20cm. Leave a 2.5cm stem on the zucchini when you cut it off. Ths will help the zucchini store longer. Great for use in soups, salads, grilled or sauteed. Direct seed in late May in full sun. Leave 100 – 130cm between plants. They are very sensitive to frost. Transplanting is not recommended. Maturity: 48 days. SEED COUNT: Approx. 15 |
