LETTUCE - BABY LEAF BLEND LETTUCE Baby Leaf Blend This multi coloured blend is sure to have your salads looking above the normal. The blend includes: 8 lettuce varieties such as Grand Rapids, Royal Red, Oakleaf, Salad Bowl, Ruby Red, Prizehead, Buttercruch and Romaine along with spinach and Ciccoria. Direct seed in early spring as soon as soil can be worked. For a continuous supply continue to plant every two weeks. Sow approx. 3mm deep. Supply an even amount of moisture during growth period. Havest by cutting leaves from the main stem a least 2.5cm above the base allowing the plant to sprout new leaves. SEED COUNT: Approx. 800 |
