CUCUMBER - TELEGRAPH

CUCUMBER Telegraph This old time favourite has been around since the 1800’s. The fruits are slim, straight and grow between 38-45cm long. They have a mild flavour and are great for slicing. Start indoors 6 weeks before last frost. OR Direct seed after frost danger. Seeds will not germinate in cold ground so ensure to sow or plant out once ground is warm. Plant in small hills 60cm apart and 4 seeds per hill. Best grown on a trellis to ensure straight fruits. Pick fruits regularly to keep producing. Maturity 57 days. SEED COUNT: Approx. 30
